Shipping Policy

We strive to make the ordering and delivery process as simple as possible for our customers. If you still have questions or have additional problems, please contact our customer service department. Below, we explain how your order will be processed and delivered.

Order processing

Order  Cut-off Time: 6:00 PM (EST) Monday to Friday

Processing Time: Please allow 1-3 business days for processing and production of your order until time of shipping. Please note that your order may take longer to deliver if we receive a higher volume of orders. If a significant delay is expected in the delivery of your order, we will contact you by email or phone.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery time is 7 – 15 business days (may be longer depending on destination). Deliveries will be made Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Signature required upon delivery.

However, there may be situations that we cannot handle in advance, such as: weather conditions or logistical difficulties that may cause minor delays. Please allow additional conversion dates to accommodate business transactions. If there is a delay in the conversion process, we will contact you via email.

Transport fee

Shipping is $6.99 for all orders.

Shipping Methods

All domestic orders are typically shipped via USPS, although we sometimes use alternative carriers depending on availability, destination, and rates.

Require signature

To ensure the security of your order, you must sign upon receipt. We do not offer the option of leaving orders unsigned or unattended.

Transportation restrictions

For orders delivered to remote locations, delivery times will be longer than usual. Please allow additional time for delivery.

Order tracking

You will receive a confirmation email or text message with a tracking identification number and a link to track your package. To track your package, you can visit our tracking page. If you are unsure of your ID, please check our delivery confirmation email.

International Taxes and Duties

For orders outside the United States, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are assessed when the shipment reaches your country. We cannot control and are not responsible for any taxes/fees that are applied to your package upon delivery.

You will be responsible for paying additional customs clearance fees. Customs policies vary greatly by country; please contact your local customs office for more information.

Changes to Your Order

We understand that it may be necessary to change your order or shipping address. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible if you need to change your order or shipping address. We will do our best to help you, but we cannot guarantee that adjustments can be made after your order has been shipped.

If your order has been released to the carrier, zelma is not responsible for incorrect information you enter. However, our Returns process may exchange incorrect items.

Defective product

Unfortunately! Unfortunately, your product may be damaged during shipping. Please send pictures and videos to us, we will try our best to solve it for you promptly.
