Return policy

After receiving the goods, please contact us within 30 days. You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return your order, it must qualify:

– All items are in perfect condition and in original packaging.

– No damage and all labels are intact.

– Returned products must not show signs of use.

Start the returns process by sending an email to [email protected]. In your email, include the order number, a detailed description of the issue, and any relevant images.

Our customer support team will review your request and guide you.

Transport

You must bear all shipping costs and are non-refundable once you receive the goods

In case the error is caused by the store, we will exchange it for you free of charge.

Return shipping: Carefully package the items you intend to return, making sure they are in their original packaging and include all accessories.

Change or cancel orders

All orders are subject to cancellation until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 24 hours. Once the packing and shipping process begins, orders can no longer be canceled.

My product has been damaged

We are committed to providing the best quality to customers. If this happens, you can refuse to accept delivery at the delivery point and the product will be returned with the driver.

Please take photos of the damaged product if possible. Please contact us via email or call, please attach pictures.

Refund policy

Refund time

You have 30 days to return the product to us from the date of delivery. After 30 days, unfortunately we will not refund or exchange products.

Once we receive your return and complete the necessary inspections, we will issue you a refund or replacement. Refunds will be sent to the original payment method, while replacements will be dispatched promptly.

Late or missing refunds (if any)

If you still haven’t received your refund, check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially credited. Next, contact your bank. There will usually be a processing period before the refund is credited. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us

Discounted items (if any)

Only regular priced items are refundable, unfortunately sale items are not refundable.

Damages and problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong product, so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Item not received

If your package is still lost or missing, you must contact us immediately to file a claim.

Please make sure you check with neighbors, roommates, family members, or anyone else who may have been home at the time the package was delivered.

We are not responsible or accept liability for packages reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not refund packages that the carrier confirms have been delivered.
