Returns within 30 days

At Zelma, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will happily accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

All returned items must be in their original, unused, unworn condition with all tags still attached.

Processing a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

– Contact our customer service team at [email protected] to request a return authorization.

– Package the product securely in its original packaging and include any documentation, tags or accessories that came with the product

– Send the product back to us using a trackable shipping method.

– Once we have received the product and confirmed that it is in its original condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 30 business days.

Please note the following:

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return shipping charges

Return shipping charges will be paid by you unless it is a manufacturing defect.

We will not be responsible for lost returned items, so please choose a carrier that can track your order.

Cancel an order

Your order will be fully refunded if it is cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Please use live chat or contact us at [email protected] if you decide to cancel your order.

Damaged or defective

While we always try our best to ensure that everything we send to our valued customers is in perfect condition, in the event that you receive an item from us that you believe is defective, either due to damage during transit or a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 24 hours for a refund or exchange.

Refunds

Returns will be processed within 30 days after receiving your package. The refund will be credited to your original payment account, excluding the original shipping fee.

If you have not received your refund, please check your account. And then still have not received your refund, please contact us via live chat or [email protected]. We will reply as soon as possible.
